Gameloft reaches 200 million milestone

Gameloft has announced that they have reached 200 million game sales since their launch back in 2003. The mobile games developers were speaking to GamesIndustry.biz and commented on their recent milestone.

As of now, there are currently over 300 gameloft titles to choose from, which are available on 1200 mobile platforms and in 80 different countries. Michel Guillemot, president of Gameloft stated that their aim was to create exciting games available in your pocket, while maintaining the right price point for the consumer.

He added, ”We channel our creativity and our determination into creating entertainment that corresponds to their expectations and their need for diversion. That includes adapting it to their lifestyle and their budget. These are the reasons they buy our games in such great numbers.”
