
Xbox 360 Halo Wars demo downloads passes 2 million
By: Alan Ng | February 13, 2009 | Leave a CommentMicrosoft have announced that downloads for the highly anticipated demo for Halo Wars has passed the 2 million mark just in its first week on release, GamesIndustry.biz reports.
Microsoft also revealed that more users had signed up to their Live online service in January when compared to any other month. Other games they say performed well are Fable II Knothole Island and Fallout 3: Operation Anchorage.
Looks like the game is keeping its hardcore community in tact since developers Emsemble Studios took over from predecessors Bungie. Halo Wars is due for release shortly, let us know what you think of the demo below.
