Infinity Ward confirms Modern Warfare sequel

It was the news that most of us knew about anyway, but just in case you were hanging on the fence, COD4 developers Infinity Ward have confirmed that Voice-over work for the new game has already been recorded.

While Activision have yet to come out and make any official statements on the sequel, Infinity Ward Community Manager Robert Bowling let slip in his blog that development on the game has well and truly begun. He stated, ”Reviewing some radio-chatter VO we just finished recording for Modern Warfare 2 today. ‘Cujo Two-One this is Vulture, solid copy on all.”

Hopefully after this bit of news, it wont be too long before we hear some official details and more juicy gossip on the next installment. Let us know what you guys think below.
