Apple iPhone Copy and Paste: Most wanted in next firmware or not?
By: Daniel Chubb | February 4, 2009 | Leave a CommentBack before the iPhone firmware 2.1 OS we heard that the SDK frameworks included a cut/copy and paste feature although to this date there has been no release in Apple (AAPL) iPhone’s firmware.
So it looks very likely that when Apple releases the next firmware update that it will not include copy and paste, although we are sure it will get implemented eventually. Why the long wait is anyone’s guess?
Those that own a jailbroken iPhone have been able to “sort of” get copy and paste thanks to a more open system. Are you one of these people and how is it?
So how important is cut/copy and paste to you, is this the most wanted feature in the next firmware or not? Let us know in the poll here, leave your vote (yes, no or another feature).
If it’s not the most important feature to you then leave a comment with details of your most wanted feature in the next firmware. You can view the poll results so far below or vote here.
