RIM BlackBerry Storm 9530 4.7.0.99 firmware update

There is a new RIM (NASDAQ:RIMM) BlackBerry Storm 9530 firmware update (4.7.0.99), and those that keep updated on all things Blackberry will know that this is an unofficial release of the next Storm firmware.

As such, you should keep it in mind that installing this latest firmware may carry a risk so do so only if your comfortable with that risk.

The leaked 4.7.0.99 storm 9530 firmware shows a few improvements and changes that include a return to a smaller keyboard and faster boot times. We are not sure if you can call this firmware update a “Must Have”, but most users might want to wait until a carrier decides to release it.
