Just before Macworld 2009, there had been a number of rumors about a new iPhone Nano, but sadly, Apple did not come up with the goods. There are now fresh rumors about the small version of the iPhone, it seems that we could see a June launch for these smaller Apple handsets.
The report comes from a Chinese trade paper, Economic Daily News. The news article states that Taiwan Semiconductor Company will be manufacturing a chip for a low-cost device, which they say is the Nano.
Their source reckons that the iPhone Nano will launch in June, as there is an order for the components in March. There are two reasons why this rumor could turn out to be true, the time frame is spot on and we know how Apple lover their summer launches of a new iPhone.
