Sony Real 3D games at CES 2008: What happened to 4D?

Games consoles have come a long way in just a few short years, and the graphics of games look better than ever. You have to wonder where games can go next, Sony believe it to be Real 3D which they had on show at CES 2008.

When you think of 3D you are reminded of those dodgy movies from the 80’s, but technology has changed since then. Some things do not change, and that is the fact that we still have to wear geeky glasses although they look better than previous 3D glasses.

The games that Sony had playing on real 3D were Gran Turismo 5: Prologue, MotorStorm: Pacific Rift and WipEout HD. When driving through the dirt, it does put you off a bit when you see debris come flying towards you. One thing that we do not understand what happened to 4D, or was that a Sony Myth.
