Microsoft Windows 7 Beta Download: Only 2.5 million slots

With many software downloads if you knew that you can get one download from 2.5 million then you would feel pretty safe, although in this case it’s the Microsoft Windows 7 beta download and there will only be 2.5 million slots.

This download limit will likely run out fast so you will have to hurry up, the downloads start Friday, January 9. If you do not mind TechNet and MSDN connections then we hear that you can get it now.

If you hate Vista and are not upgrading from Vista SP1 then you will not be able to use Windows 7 beta. This beta will expire in August, so if you do give it a try remember to come back and let us know what you think.
