Palm is expected to unveil their Nova phone at CES 2009, which is their first device to run on the new operating system. There are a few rumors already circulating about the new phone, but they are all a bit vague. The first rumor is that the new Palm Nova will have a full Qwerty keyboard and touchscreen.
Those who have been lucky enough to try out the new OS have said that it is “amazing.” The new handset will come with a massive amount of software, such as Palm calendar, email, and contact functionality and media playback functions.
The Palm Nova will have to be an amazing phone, as the handset has a lot of competition to deal with. Palm needs this phone to do well, as they are struggling financially, but many believe that it is too late for them. Will the Palm Nova be a great phone, only time will tell?
