Apple iPhone 3G in Red

Before the Apple iPhone 3G was launched there were rumors that there was to be a red model, as yet that model has not made it to the market. Engadget have been doing some digging and have found a red iPhone 3G, but do not get too excited as it does not look like an official release.

This red iPhone looks to be one of the covers that you can purchase in China, which also come in pink, green, blue, orange and purple. They are not easy to put on your iPhone, but worth it to make your iPhone 3G stand out above the rest.

Do not let this get you down though, as MacWorld is just a few days away, there just might be a few announcements. Who knows Apple might just make a red or a pink iPhone 3G official. We might even get to see a smaller iPhone which has been rumored.
