
Polaroid Corp. files for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection

They hope that this measure will help to restructure its finances, it seems that more and more companies are opting to do the same thing.
Polaroid have said that their operations are strong, and while they are going through this process, they will still ship products to their retail partners, suppliers and manufacturers, in order to fulfill their retail demand.
Polaroid Corp said that they plan to run their operations as normal while they file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, the company also plan to launch a new range of products in 2009. Workers should still be able to receive their paychecks as normal.
