For those who wish to track Santa this Christmas, then the place to visit is the Norad Santa tracker. The NORAD radar system or North warning system has a number of helpers all looking out for Santa on Christmas Eve, the Norad team will share videos from the Santa Video Cam, still images as well as radar sighting updates.

Tracking Santa has now been a tradition for over 50 years, the system is more high tech now, and Norad now uses radar, Santa cams, satellites and even fighter jets. So children across the globe will know exactly where Santa is and how close he is to their home.

The North warning system consists of 47 radar systems across the north of Canada. The moment Santa leaves the North Pole, Norad starts to track him. Once Santa enters various regions around the globe, the Santa Cam kicks in and produces both images and still photos.
