Do you need daily Internet access?
By: Peter Chubb | December 17, 2008 | 2 CommentsIntel have published their findings of a recent survey that was conducted, 2,119 Americans over the age of 18 were asked the question, if they needed daily Internet access. 65 percent said they could not live without daily internet access, 71 percent had said that it was either important or very important to have Internet-enabled devices.
30 percent of men and 46 percent of women aged 18 to 34 said that they would rather go without sex for two weeks rather than not have daily Internet Access for the same period of time. As you would expect, those figures increase with the age of people who were asked.
Also in the survey 84 percent of people said that they had saved money by comparing prices of items online before heading off to the retail store to purchase the item. 65 percent said that they had saved money by shopping online and ordering the item there before picking it up at the store.
