What’s next for Microsoft and the Apple iPhone?
By: Peter Chubb | December 16, 2008 | Leave a CommentWe reported yesterday that Microsoft finally joined the Apple App Store party with their Seadragon Mobile application. This news is a big deal for us, and we are left asking the question, what’s next for Microsoft and the Apple iPhone?
Seadragon Mobile is the first app from Microsoft for the Apple iPhone, and although developers do not expect Microsoft to start building a wave of new apps for Apple’s Smartphone, there are many hoping that they do.
We know that Microsoft is working on Silverlight For Mobile, but that will not be ready until sometime in 2009. Even though Apple and Microsoft do not come together that often, it is nice when they do, but is this just a one off, or could this be the start of something big?
