Xbox 360 price cut at Zavvi

UK retailer Zavvi has announced that it will be making various price reductions for the next generation consoles that are out at the moment.

The best news first of all is that the Xbox 360 Arcade will be priced at £99 and it will stay at that price till the 25th December. If you were reluctant to buy a Xbox 360 before, it might be the perfect opportunity now.

Other deals will see the 80GB PS3 console reduced down to £269.99, the Xbox 360 60GB to £149.99 and the Xbox 360 Elite down to £199.99. This should certainly make other retailers such as Game and Gamestation take notice, I wonder if they’ll drop prices too, to compete.
