Playstation 3 Home C-931 or C-991 Errors?

The Playstation 3 Home errors were simple at first; you either got a C-931 or C-991 connection error when trying to sign-in. This was obviously due to extremely high traffic that Sony is receiving for the PS3 Home service.
Some gamers report that after two hours of trying to connect to the Home network they still have no success, and as of today there seems to be many different errors being reported.
What error code do you get when you cannot sign into PS3 Home? Also it would be interesting to know if any users are having very little problems with HOME. Most problems seem to be related to the server connection being lost.
The Playstation Blog reports “We kindly ask for your patience as we work to meet the incredible demand for this revolutionary service”. The way to get into Home seems to be persistence, some people report 30 minutes of trying while others say hours, once you’re in it seems easy to stay there. What errors do you get?

Hey i tryied yesterday to go on HOME, but i got the error C-931, now 2 days after i still get the problem??? please reply
Phoenix how do i fix the c-931 error
I have managed to log twice now, each time took about 15 minutes of trying while getting the C-931 error message. Visually stunning and conceptually exciting. I was disappointed with the amount of clothing and furniture that you have to pay for. I think there should be a larger amount of free clothing, furniture and accessories. To say the least, my apartment is rather empty at the moment. Hurry up with the features or I feel people will get bored of this quickly….
my ps3 allway’s get’s the error c-931 error how do i fix this?
EDIT:also i agree with you chris lawrence i have now managed to log on 1 time so forget my first line but there is not much furniture at-all to choose from, far from the trailer i saw on t.v.
wtf!
i have just logeed on yet again and how can it have all these errors for over crouding there is no one i re-peat no one online i am furiouse!
the usual story until yesterday when i got kicked off the server in the middle of a pool game. WTF!! i couldn’t vonnect for 2 days and then when i do im kick off after 10 minutes.
I’m also getting the the C-931 error ALL the time.. for 3 days now
ohwell… I’ll try again tomorrow or whenever..
I get why people get upset about what HOME brings us. But hey, are you aware of the fact you just look stupid when you’re saying such things.. can’t you understand why this has alot of potential, just think about all the features they promised and imagine how it’s gonna be once it’s completed
( and ok i’ll give you this.. the paying for clothes ‘n shit is just DUMB :S SCREW THAT SONY!
I ain’t BUYING clothes for my sims like ” digital no lifer online character”.. would be cool to fully customize with all sorts of clothing for free though..ohwell.. )
I don’t expect alot from the beta, but FOR GODS SAKE i’d like to take a look goddamnit…. sigh*.. imma leave it for today.. C931 sux..
i don’t know why i want to get back on this crap, i guess i haven’t finished seeing what a piece of s*** it is yet… C-931 error here.
And as for paying for stuff… yeah righty-ho sony, you’re not getting any cash from me for this glorified advert.
Well what can I say. I am “suffering” of the same symptom called C-931. They could have called it C3PO while they were at it…
Tried for the last 6-7 days to connect and no bloody chance!
If this is one of the big future selling points of the PS3, then the PS3 is doomed. XBOX and with that “Microsh1te” will take over the gaming industry… especially the hardcore gamers, since Nintendo is going for the casual gamers… O dear what a “bright” future that awaits us…
If I where Sony I would either Stock up by 200% the number of dedicated servers to this service or just let it die in the next few weeks…
It’s better to have nothing than to have something that is not working and damaging the already not so solid reputation of the company.
So as mentioned before, anyone knows if there is a way to persuade the Sony “bouncer” servers to let one log in to Home and then let one stay in?
It’s a BETA version …….if you don’t like viewing work in progress then don’t do it! As yet though I have yet to be able to actually see it at all…….even once! Various error codes but mainly C-931
