Logitech’s G13 gameboard: Beauty or a beast?
By: Alan Ng | December 11, 2008 | Leave a CommentLogitech have announced its G13 Gameboard which the company says offers up to 87 ways for you to control your game. The first thing you’re probably thinking is, ‘ok, so what the hell is it?’
It does look rather strange we have to admit, but it may be a solution for some of you hardcore gamers out there who are seeking a different control setup, we are not sure as if it will be the most comfortable option available.
As for specs, it has a trio of game modes, a built in 160 x 43 pixel LCD screen used for stats and messaging. You will be able to programme the joystick and fiddle around with 25 assignable keys. Usefully though, it comes with ‘pre-configured’ settings for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and World of Warcraft: Burning Crusade.
What do you think of this contraption guys? A thing of art… or a device that looks like it belongs in Ghostbusters 2.
