Work still to be done on the Nintendo Wii says EA

EA boss John Riccitiello has admitted that his company are struggling to find a foothold on the Nintendo Wii, compared to the success they have with the other HD consoles and PC.
He feels that at the moment, their natural home is with the Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC and stated, ‘We’ve got work to do on the Wii.’
These comments came after speaking to investors on the phone last night following a Q4 sales warning. He did say though, that Wii titles such as Boom Blox and the My Sims series continued to perform well.

In other words, EA’s standard “Put out a crappy update of a sports game with slightly better graphics than last year’s version” doesn’t work on a system that isn’t about pointless eye candy.
They, *gasp*, have to come up with actual good gameplay to be successful, and for some reason that is eluding them.
