Epic boss says more Gears of War 2 updates are coming

Gears of War 2 is a great game, most of us know that, but there have been various issues with the multiplayer aspect of the game. Mark Rein from Epic responded to a post over at the official forums saying that a patch will be coming out shortly.

Most of the problems lie in the matchmaking wait times, but recently a patch was released to solve some of these problems. Mark Rein said the new planned updates for the multiplayer ‘will be improved along with other tweaks and improvements to the game as well’.

Its nice to know that members from the development team take time out of their busy schedules to address some of the problems that their members post about. Let’s hope it’s not too long before we see the new updates.

What would you like to see fixed in the multiplayer mode?

can someone one from epic make the assultrifle a little stronger and the hammer burst since the shot gun is strong at close range make the rifles strong im tired of wasting more than half a clip or sometimes a hole clip just to kill some one

Where does anyone begin to start with the multiplayer in gears? But given thay there are so many issues I will just say my bigger concern is thay they just add dedicated severs to host the games and fix the damn lag!!!
