Call of Duty:WaW sells 1 million in four weeks in UK
Filed under: Gaming, Sony Playstation 3, Xbox 360

After just four weeks on sale,Activision’s Call of Duty: World at War has sold over one million copies in the UK.
If you think how many people were criticising this game before its release and the fact that the previous title Modern Warfare took eight weeks to shift a million copies, it is not bad going at all for Activision and Treyarch.
This latest bit of news further cement Call of Duty: WaW’s place at the top of the UK charts. The All Formats listings have Call of Duty at the top, Mario Kart Wii in second place and Fifa 09 in third.
