Netflix streaming now available for Apple Mac users
By: Peter Chubb | December 4, 2008
For some time now Apple Mac users have been standing back while they listened to friends and family members talking about how they are able to live stream videos on their PC’s. Apple’s rival Microsoft has also got in on the action, as live streaming is now available on the Xbox 360. Thankfully the wait is over, and Netflix is now available for the Apple Mac.
Last month Apple began to roll out the new feature, but the company has now been sending out emails to their users, saying that the feature is now available to all Mac users. If you are using PowerPC-style, then you are out of luck.
Try not to get too excited, as the video library for Netflix is not that great at the moment, but it is slowly getting better. If you have never used Netflix before, you might experience connection issues from time to time, but do not worry, as Netflix remembers where you left of and resumes where you were.
