Call of Duty 6 Modern Warfare 2 and Release Date

Call of Duty 5: World at War has only been on the market for a few weeks and already people are talking about the next Call of Duty game. Activision-Blizzard knew how popular Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare was when it was launched back in 2007, that they felt that it needed another visit.
Many Call of Duty fans were upset that developers, Treyarch were going back to the WWII format, as that era has now been done to death. Many gamers still love the old World War II format, but if you like all the latest weapons, then you will still be seething that a second Modern Warfare was not explored.
It seems that Activision-Blizzard have buckled under the pressure, and have announced that they are now working on Call of Duty 6 Modern Warfare 2, and is scheduled to launch in fall 2009. Now that Activision-Blizzard is back at the helm, we can expect a truly awesome sequel to a truly awesome game.

Alright cod 6 will be badass no matter what they put in in because its not made by the stupid asses that made world at war .But yea like youarenotverysmart was saying you dont add the same **** from one game to another.That will just make the game that much ****tier then what its destined to be.Hopefully they make it to be in like Afghanistan or somewhere like that.But no matter what they decide to do it will have an insane game play on Campaign and online.I just cant wait til it comes out.Im gonna preorder that **** when they say were able to.
You’re ignorant its not COD 5 world at war its a Side Series Wich its called COD WAW, now the new sequal will be either COD MW2 or COD 5 MW

Right, when i went into GAME i asked about the world at war release and when i asked i asked when does cod5 come out to check. The guy then told me technically this wont be cod5 as its part of the number 4 series, like GTA has like 6 games out but its only on GTA4 well call of duty is apparently doing the same and realeasing the new one as cod 5 as you will notice on number 4’s cover theres a number 4 where as world at war has no number 5.
As for guns and add on’s, just allow customisation of your actual character, silent snipers, a perk that allows two attatchments, banish juggernaught, shit loada new maps, and a good reason to prestige and the aclaimed climbing trees, swimming that should have been in world at war.
yeh call of duty 5 is good but i think cod4 is alot better and the news that there may be another like cod 4 makes me kinda forget how much i was annoyed at those guys fro making it go back to wwll but hopefully it will be ok

I like cod4 and cod5, even tho i play cod 4 more than 5. but cod6 should be the best.
it would be bad if it made about the vietnam war but it would way better if they up modern warfare but this time to be able to put at least 2 attachments in 1 gun like a grenade launcher and a scope on an m4 and also 2 bring back some of the old maps like creek and make bigger ones and still use vehicles but i’m more concern about the 2 attachments in 1 gun thing it would be better, it wouldn’t hurt to put surppressors on a sniper…..
i think the idea of having 2 attachments per gun is a good idea except then people will put a gernade launcher and scope togther and that will be the ultimate noob gun nobody will survive
How bout bigger maps with more clitches and the two attachment thing sounds great. The perk groups suck, there are too many good perks in only one group to choose from. And for all you campers out there, GET UP AND FIGHT!!! What the F*** are you so scared of, or is it that u just want to get cheap kills without being a soldier and actually getting in the fight!!!! Wuzzies.
fank god there making a new 1 so quick WAW is pish i still play it though just because it doesnt feel right playin modern warfare anymore in the new 1 the shood defo have silent snipers and being to enable more attachments and whats that guy above talking about, thats why its called modern warfare u woodny see a sas or a seal running about with a big ass heavy machine gun killing everything he wood do it from far back in cover, the shood make parts of the maps in buildings completely pitch black and u have to enable ure night vision and u shood be able to shoot out lightbulbs plus all windows without bras shood be able to be broken and climbed through, lol a think ave went to far
