Team Work at Add-on-Con: Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Microsoft IE

An article over at TGDaily has stated that at the upcoming Add-on-Con conference Internet heavyweights Microsoft, Mozilla and Google will sit down and discuss the future of browsing.
Browser add-ons are an important factor of deciding which browser a user will prefer. While many choose the initial factors such as speed and stability, browser adds-ons are also very important which is why at the upcoming conference, the companies will try and discuss various possibilities and opportunities they could explore.

What happened to opera. Why is google chrome in on this when the’ve only been around for five minutes, why is opera not being counted as one of the main browsers.
Because Opera currently does not want to support add-ons/extensions.
