Grand Theft Auto IV on PC includes SecuROM
By: Alan Ng | December 2, 2008 | Leave a CommentA Rockstar representative has explained that the PC version of Grand Theft Auto IV will include SecuROM piracy protection to counter problems that occurred in previous titles.
However, there will be no installation limits on the retail disk version of the game with limits only occurring when you purchase the game via digital distribution.
The CD disk will have to be in the drive in order to play the game and then you will need to register the game online once installed.
