Best Buy vs Gamestop: Game deals on Cyber Monday and Black Friday

Best Buy and Gamestop certainly had some great deals going on over Thanksgiving weekend, and shoppers did all they could on Black Friday and Cyber Monday to kick start the Christmas shopping season.

Both stores had some great offers on, such as Best Buy who had a Garmin - nüvi 260w GPS. The price was $189.99, and was then marked down to $110. Another great deal was on the range of TV’s, such as the Panasonic TH-50PE8U 50-inch 480HZ 720P Plasma TV, or the Samsung LN52A580 52-inch 1080p LCD HDTV. Both would have only been up for sale for a short time before they sold out.

Gamestop also had some great deals on offer for Black Friday and Cyber Monday; these include Battlefield Bad Company for the Xbox 360, just $39.99, or how about LittleBigPlanet for PlayStation 3, just $59.99.

So now those sales are over, we would like to know where you found your best bargains, was it at Best Buy or GameStop, or maybe you shopped somewhere else.

Circuit City had the best deals by far all across the board. Best Buy is a rip off! Every time I found a product I wanted at Best Buy, I’d jump on over to Circuit City to see how much they were asking for it. 9.9/10 it was always cheaper at Circuit City.

Viva Circuit City! I hope they don’t go out of business leaving us with just crappy Best Buy.
