2009 Optibike OB1 electric mountain bike now available
By: Peter Chubb | December 2, 2008 | 1 Comment2009 Optibike OB1 electric mountain bike, which uses the most cutting edge technology, is now available. The OB1 is at the fore-front in Light Electric Vehicle design, thanks to its ultralight carbon fiber components, as well as its GPS navigation.
What else makes the bike so great is its fully integrated PDA; this displays the performance details of the Motorized Bottom Bracket. The electric motor is kept charged with the use of a high capacity lithium ion battery, allowing you to ride for over 2 hours.
The 2009 Optibike OB1 comes in a choice of three paint designs, thanks to Gunslinger Custom Paint. One custom paint job is the hand cut 23ct gold leaf and 23ct gold plated Motorized Bottom Brackett. The price for the bike starts at $13,000, that takes the fun out of cycling.
