Mario Kart and Wii Fit sell over 1 million copies each
By: Alan Ng | November 28, 2008 | Leave a CommentRecent statistics from the ELSPA website have shown that Wii Fit and Mario Kart for the Nintendo Wii console have sold over 1 million copies each in the UK.
The Nintendo Wii has continued to sell well in the UK, with more gamers and families opting to prefer
Nintendo’s console over the Sony PS3 or Microsoft Xbox 360.
The figures also indicate that Grand Theft Auto IV has now gone double-platinum on the PS3 and 360. So it seems everyone has something to celebrate!
Due to the success of Mario Kart and Wii Fit, they will now join other UK best sellers such as Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas in the platinum category.
