Sony PS3 2.53 Firmware: Full list of features in this update

Sony has released a new firmware update for the Playstation 3. Firmware v2.53 is now live and available for download.
Gamesareevil.com has released the press release that Sony has given out, which includes all the new features. As many of you might be aware the the list of features looks a lot like the previous v.2.52 update. As we have now realised, Sony have released this info for those who have not yet updated their system to 2.52 or have purchased a new system recently.
The only main change in v.2.53 is the addition of full-screen flash support for Adobe flash player 9. So for all of you who read the list of updates in the link below, we are just letting you know that most of these features came in the v.2.52 update.

It isnt a pointless update at all, its brilliant! now I can watch low quality streaming porn without zooming in and making it look 10x worse, hehe!

I’d like external divx subtitles support
good luck, alot of ps3 consoles (including mine) have stopped reading most, if not all cd/dvd/blue ray disks. Downloaded yesterday and now my ps3 80g is completely useless. I do not recommend downloading this update until SONY fixes the problem.
