
Square Enix: 3 new expansions for Final Fantasy XI
By: Peter Chubb | November 25, 2008 | Leave a CommentSquare Enix have announced that they are getting behind Final Fantasy XI, and are to offer three new expansions for the ever popular multiplayer edition of the RPG series. These three new expansions will be made available online, and will start sometime in the spring of 2009.
The rest of the expansions will be made available every month after that, as yet there are not pricing details. Final Fantasy XI gamers will be pleased to know that Square veteran Masato Kato will be behind the 3 new expansions.
The first of the Square Enix expansions is called A Crystalline Prophecy – Ode of Life Bestowing, the second is A Moogle Kupo d’Etat – Evil in Small Doses, and the final expansion will be called A Shantotto Ascension – The Legend Torn, Her Empire Born.
