Black Friday Ads: Target, K-Mart, Best Buy and Walmart
Filed under: News

One of the most searched for things on the Internet this week is Black Friday Ads, and the biggest stores have already been teasing us as to what we should expect on the busy shopping day. The stores that seem to be showing up all over the Internet for Black Friday 2008 deals include the likes of Best Buy, K-Mart, Target and Walmart.
The Boston Herald has been looking in to this year’s Black Friday, and they project that it could be one of the worst seasons that we have seen in years, a direct result of the current credit crisis. That being said, these stores will do all they can to try and get those all important shoppers in their doors.
Best Buy will open their doors at 5 A.m. on Black Friday, and have already been showing us some of their “Last minute “secret items/sales.” Two of the best offers that Best Buy have included is the TomTom One LE for only $120, and a Sony PS3 bundle for just $400. There are two types of deals at Best Buy, in store ones and online ones, each will be very different. Black Friday Ads deals for Best Buy had leaked on to the Internet earlier in the month, and they looked as if they were some of the worst deals we have seen in years, speculating that there could be some secret sales.
K-mart deals will be running from Friday to Saturday, stores will open on Friday from 6 a.m. One of their most popular deals looks to be the TracFone Prepaid Color Flip-Phone, costing just $9.99, that’s half the normal price. The phone also comes with a free bonus pack, with a value of $20, which consists of a car charger, phone case and head-set. K-mart will have sales all this week, and are also offering some great deals on Thanksgiving.
Target will be opening at 6 a.m.; you can expect to get some of the best deals a few days before Thanksgiving. Toys and games will see the best deals, thanks to using Target’s coupons, giving you $5 to $10 of an item. On Black Friday you will then see video games consoles on offer; these include bundle offers which come with gift cards.
Walmart will be opening at 5 a.m. and will be offering “. Last minute “secret items.” The store have some great deals on offer, these include a Nintendo Wii for just under $250, DS game bundle which includes two games for $30. Also on offer is a Garmin nuvi 200 Portable GPS for $97.
Looking at all the Black Friday deals on offer, it seems that Best Buy and Walmart have the best deals. If I was to offer any advice, you should stay at home and wait for Cyber Monday.

I just checked at the Walmart near my house. They have like 200+ of the Tracfone LG 200 flip phone with DMFL and Accessory kit. This phone is $17.88 before Thanksgiving. The DMFL is the bonus you normally do not get on the CDMA phones. If they go for $9.88 even better.
Every year, more and more stores are offering black friday items online Thanksgiving Day. Between midnight and 5am Thanksgiving morning, the prices start to adjust. Why go out in the cold and fight the long lines, if you could stay at home and get the same bagains?
