Netflix on Xbox 360: Cannot queue up movies
Filed under: Gaming, Xbox 360

There has been a lot of buzz lately about the new Netflix feature which is now available on the Xbox 360’s NXE update, but what does it actually require you to need before you can use the service properly?
The Watch instantly feature sounds like an ideal option for gamers who want to watch movies easily and without having to go out and rent them. Once you have everything setup though, the feature does not let you queue up movies from your Xbox 360.
Instead you have to own a PC to place movies into your queue there to watch them on your 360. This is quite disappointing for Xbox 360 owners who do not own a PC, as this lengthy process takes all the gloss out of the ‘Watch Instantly’ feature.
Another problem we mentioned before is the fact that the selection of movies available isn’t too great either as some of them are quite outdated now. Until Sony allows the licensing of their movies, it could be a problem for owners who are deciding whether to subscribe or not.

Who doesn’t have a computer but has netflix? You can’t even get it on xbox without confirming it on your pc.
I think its nice, have watched a lot of old Office episodes on it with the wife. Works great.
Like tim said, if you’ve got netflix you’ve got a PC, the beauty of it for me is that i can now watch them on the big screen TV in the living room where my 360 is set up.
