Final Fantasy XIII On 360 with Multi-Disc
By: Alan Ng | November 24, 2008 | 3 CommentsThose of you who are hoping to pick up Final Fantasy XIII on the Xbox 360 might want to know that it could be coming on several discs.
The Last Remnant, also by Square-Enix was released onto the 360 last week and that required two discs. It is almost a certain fact that Final Fantasy is going to be a huge game in terms of storage space, and if LR required two, it is unknown how many discs Final Fantasy XIII may require.
It is also notable however that, Final Fantasy will be built on Square-Enix’ crystal tools engine, and won’t use the same engine that was used for Last Remnant (unreal engine 3). While this may not be of any concern to Xbox owners out there, it is just a bit of information for you guys to discuss about.
