Live on Verizon: The BlackBerry Storm for $199.99
Filed under: Cell Phones, Handsets

It is finally here; the BlackBerry Strom is now live on Verizon and will cost $199.99. The BlackBerry Storm is the first Handset from RIM to feature a touch screen, and is also the first BlackBerry to be targeted at both corporate and consumers, so now you can stay connected to both sides of your life.
The BlackBerry Storm has already been out in the UK for a week now, but it is the U.S. market that really matters, and RIM hope that sales will be strong. Like we said above the handset has a touch screen, but not like the Apple iPhone system. The Storm uses SurePress™ touch screen with a tactile click, which will respond accurately, allowing you to navigate with ease.
The RIM BlackBerry Storm comes packed with great features, something that previous BlackBerry’s did not have. Some of these features include, 3.2 megapixel camera, music player, Facebook and Flickr applications, MS Office document support and much more.
There are a range of different options; the most popular is the two-year Verizon contract. The price is $249.99, then minus the $50 mail-in rebate, leaving you with the final price of $199.99
