Colin McRae: DiRT 2 Announced plus First Screenshots
By: Daniel Chubb | November 21, 2008 | Leave a CommentColin McRae: DiRT 2 has just been announced by Codemasters and that it is currently in development, this is fantastic news because Colin McRae is a legend and he would have wanted these games to continue, racing was his life and we got a little of his action whilst playing these games.
Colin McRae: DiRT 2 is due for release next year and we are so glad the title is carrying his name, Colin McRae the rally driving legend sadly died in September 2007 in a helicopter crash which shocked the nation. We are so glad that his name will go on and his family will be so pleased to still see the legend being very much loved by millions as we buy this game.
Senior executive producer at Codemasters Studios, Gavin Raeburn said “
“Colin McRae was all about the speed, the excitement and the entertainment of rally driving. Even when we first worked with him over ten years ago, he captured a freedom and a spirit that enthralled rally fans.”
