Sony PS3 and PSP Owners: New PlayStation site features

According to the official PS Blog, Playstation.com is going to undergo a few changes shortly, which will include the ability to sign into the website and PS Blog with your PSN ID.

These new additions will give you the chance to find more friends and chat on forums about your favourite games, improving the PS3 community overall.

The official blog also reveals that they will be making ‘enhancements’ to the gamer profiles features, and you will be able to display your PSN friends list on the website, which will be a useful feature. Playstation have decided to stop the Playstation Underground program as a result of these announcements as they aim to focus on providing Playstation Network features on their website.

No official release date has been announced yet, but the Blog does say that they will be making changes to your gamer profile before the end of the year.
