Microsoft Rep Knew Xbox 360 RROD with New Xbox Experience
By: Peter Chubb | November 20, 2008
The brown stuff is about to hit the fan for Microsoft, as more than a week ago GamingConfidential had reported that a customer service rep for Microsoft knew that there would be an outbreak of the Red Ring of Death issue for the Xbox 360 once users upgraded to Experience.
Many people had thought nothing of what the representative foresaw, it seems that the prediction has held true, now Microsoft service lines are hot as angry customers are phoning up to report that their consoles now have the RRoD.
The rep was quoted as saying “I hate what the company did this year.” The rep also added “They released the New Xbox Experience a few days after the extended warranty period ended for most users and it’s tough to explain that to raging callers. How do you say that MS just screwed them all?”
The rep has now said that staff is now getting calls from crying kids, as well as death threats. It certainly shows that if you have an Xbox 360, you are on borrowed time. If what the rep says is true, then Microsoft has some tough questions to answer.

Xbox 360 RRoD with New Experience
Can the Whisper Max really prevent the RROD on the Microsoft Xbox 360?

“because they know idiots would still buy it…”
Knew!….Knew! Idiots would still buy it….. next time you go to shoot someone down, make sure your foots not in the way.
First, PS3 owners getting screwed by Sony over the flawed Firmware 2.4 update and now THIS??!!! Oh, for the love of God, please, Nintendo, bring GTA4, Soul Calibur IV, MK vs. DC, and Final Fantasy XIII to the Wii console!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
“…make sure your foots not in the way”
FOOT’S or FOOT IS!! Next time you go to shoot someone down, make sure your foot’s not in the way!
BTW.. I’m on my 4th 360..
1. DVD Drive fail
2. RRoD
3. DOA from repair center (did you actually TEST IT.. WTF!)
4. Still going..
Microsoft is lucky their software platform is stellar and their pockets are deep, otherwise they never would have survived what has been the WORST hardware launch in history. Especially when they KNEW consoles would be failing left and right. It’s really upsetting that a company can take this “we can do whatever we want” stance and it actually works. But we are where we are, and the consumers are speaking with their wallets.
um this happend to me, i have a halo 3 edition xbox 360 no prolems untill i downloaded the nxe got the rrod!!!
