ASUS Touchscreen Eee Top Launches Today

Asustek Computer is all set to launch their ASUS Touchscreen Eee Top today, the ET1603 and the ET1602. The new all-in-one PC is built into its monitor, and ASUS hope to be able to take the fight to Apple’s iMac.

The ASUS Eee PC Top has a sleek looking 15.9-inch touchscreen and comes pre-installed with Microsoft Windows XP. Keeping things ticking over is a 1.6GHz Intel Atom microprocessor. As we mentioned above there are two versions to this new PC, the ET1603 and the ET1602.

The ET1603 is the higher spec from the two, it comes with an ATI HD3450 graphics card, there is also a battery so you can carry the PC around. The ET1602 just comes with a basic graphics card and does not have a battery. Both come with a 160GB hard drive, 1GB DRAM, Wi-Fi 802.11n and a built-in 1.3 megapixel web cam.
