Sonic Unleashed Review

Sonic Unleashed will be released next week and already the Telegraph have gotten their hands on the title and have written a review giving their views and opinions. Sadly it appears Sega has come up short again in delivering us a worthy Sonic title once again.

After years of disappointing Sonic games in the past many believed that their latest title, Sonic Unleashed would finally give our blue hedgehog some peace at last, but the most of the review suggests that this title is far from being a success and that the game ultimately suffers from poor design decisions.

There are some positive moments though as they praise some of the platform levels and the lush 3D environments that you are in. Other than that they do not find many other plus points in this title and that is evident in their 5/10 rating. One of their closing comments, ‘Sega need to think long and hard about where their mascot heads next’ sums it up really, and suggests that Sonic fans will need to wait much longer until they get a game that can rival the Megadrive titles. Do you agree?

I can’t disappoint the rating score. It seem that Sega and Sonic Team are really suffering to bring back the real Sonic that all fans love .
It’s not just a 3D or 2D matter now (so it was in the beginning…),I can’t understand why they insist too much to add contents that make the titles so noise and so “unSonic”.
I don’t understand why they are missing what has made the genesis titles so good.
“Hey Sega, stop add crap like this to my favorite hedgehog and give me the chance to collect the emeralds again!”
