PC No.1: World Of Warcraft Wrath Of The Lich King
By: Peter Chubb | November 19, 2008 | Leave a CommentThere was no denying the fact that World Of Warcraft Wrath Of The Lich King was going to be a popular game, and news that it is now No.1 on the PC charts is proof enough. By reaching the top spot, the WoW update knocked Command And Conquer: Red Alert 3 down to fourth.
There were also two other new releases that entered the top three, these include Football Manager 09 at No.2, and Call Of Duty: World At War at No.3. The new CoD was a bit of a shock, as many thought that it would take the top spot.
There was also another new entry in at number six, Lord Of The Rings Online: Mines Of Moria. I have always been a fan over Lord of the Rings games, so was a little upset that it only managed No.6, how could a boring football game beat it?
