New Xbox Experience (NXE) Release Time: US and UK

Everyone knows that the new Xbox Experience (NXE) is coming today and even some people got it yesterday who signed up for the Xbox 360 preview. Now what gamers want to know is what the New Xbox Experience release time is?
According to the source below (see read link below) the United States release time for NXE is going to be 2:00AM Pacific time and that would make the UK time around 10:00AM. Looking at the time now, this means it’s there for download right now.
So Xbox 360 owners go get the New Xbox Experience and enjoy. Once you’ve had a play, come back and let us know what time you saw the dashboard update and what country you’re in. Also what do you think?
