Hand on: HP TouchSmart tx2 multi-touch convertible tablet
By: Peter Chubb | November 19, 2008 | Leave a CommentHP have been making some bold claims about their new TouchSmart tx2 multi-touch notebook, but one thing is certain, this convertible tablet has some great specs and features. The notebook has a 12.1-inch LED-backlit swivel display, which is all ready for you to put your dirty fingers all over.
The HP TouchSmart tx2 has the AMD Turion X2 dual-core processor and comes loaded with Windows Vista and has an integrated webcam with microphone, as well as a bezel-mounted fingerprint reader.
The notebook also has a LightScribe SuperMulti DVD burner, 5-in-1 multicard reader, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. The new HP TouchSmart tx2 multi-touch convertible tablet hopes to transform the way in which we use our laptops, and although there is still a long way to go, this is a great start.
