By: Peter Chubb | November 18, 2008 | Leave a CommentWhen it comes to Apple, we know that what they build works well, so after Apple develops an elegant mobile UI, understandable Linux hackers will want to tear it apart. The end result is the OpenMoko, Android or Ubuntu Mobile for the Apple iPhone.
I am still uncertain as to why someone would want to take the time to bring Linux to the iPhone, would it not be easier just to offer up an open platform instead. Doing it that way would take much less effort than the former.
