Call of Duty 5 World at War Problems: Sony PS3 and Xbox 360

We reported last week upon the opening weekend for Call Of Duty: World of War, that some people were encountering issues to do with connecting to matches or problems in the lobby. Well it has been a few days now, and it appears that some people are still encountering issues.
While mostly, the servers seem to be fixed from when it went down on friday night for some ps3 users, there are still some problems when ‘downloading game settings’ or getting kicked from a host when starting/finishing a game.
It is a bit worrying when Treyarch are having all these problems just a few days after its release, maybe they should take some time to actually listen to all the feedback on their official forums and try to find a solution to all these server problems that gamers seem to be having.

When we try to download update data to start the game and play online, it gets about 8% through the download and we get an error message saying either we were signed out of the PS network or an error occurred during the download operation and it’s over. Anyone gotten past this?
I am having the same problem on level , I can not regroup with my squad very frustrating what can i do
My son and hs friend bought CoD 5 and everything was fine until this morning, the game says loading and then it clicks and that is it - frozen, any ideas ?

I managed to play online for the first couple of days now all that happens it searches for available games and then stays on getting match quality for a moment then straight back to searching for available matches.So Frustrating
Seriously today there are some problems with it but since it was fixed it was fine cod4 had the same problems when it first came out, it will get fixed so carm down I am playing it now and it does seem to take a while to get in the game but it should be fixed tomorrow just press find game and wait it will put you in one just like it trying to put the other 90k player in a game at the same time.
My son having problem with screen freezing whilst game loading too. Have no idea what to do.
Yeah, it’s still doing it today on the 23rd and do you know what’s even more frustrating? You get a really sweet achievement and then the game is done and instead of going back to the lobby you get “server timed out” and then you check your stats only to realize that nothing was saved and you have to it AGAIN. I find that if it’s “searching” for too long, just hop back to the main screen and then go back into multiplayer and it will find you a game, but that’s frustrating as all hell, too. It seems like this issue has been getting WORSE over the last few days and definately not beter…like today, I can only get one round of a match in EVERY TIME. Haven’t done two in a row all day, so you can imagine how many times I’ve hopped back and forth from the main menu to the multiplayer menu and 50% I’ve lost whatever exp I just got…
Me and my friend were playing split screen co-op and 3 times during our play the game froze and quit and said “bad event type” and when we went back to try and play again, nothing was saved and we had to start at the beggining again.
the game freezes a lot every time i finished hosting the game and i have to pull the plug on my ps3 to restart everything.. hope i dont corrupt my hdd..
Im gettin my COD WAW in christams..it should be fixed ny then..i hope..anyway…thanks for the heads up…
