Call of Duty 5 World at War Problems: Sony PS3 and Xbox 360

We reported last week upon the opening weekend for Call Of Duty: World of War, that some people were encountering issues to do with connecting to matches or problems in the lobby. Well it has been a few days now, and it appears that some people are still encountering issues.

While mostly, the servers seem to be fixed from when it went down on friday night for some ps3 users, there are still some problems when ‘downloading game settings’ or getting kicked from a host when starting/finishing a game.

It is a bit worrying when Treyarch are having all these problems just a few days after its release, maybe they should take some time to actually listen to all the feedback on their official forums and try to find a solution to all these server problems that gamers seem to be having.

Have any of our readers been on the game lately? Let us know if you are still having trouble within the lobby by leaving a comment below.

Everytime I get on CoD: WAW online and go to find game, it takes forever to find a game and when it eventually finds a game my signal goes down to one bar. I’ve tested my connection, reset it, restarted my PS3 and it still does the same thing. I didn’t do this before but it’s been doing it for a week now. Any solutions?

lol mine is ps3, with 54 mbps and i live in south east asia (north of australia) and online games i mostly get only 1 bar of connectivity. i sometime get 4 bars if other players are from asia or australia.the difference of 1 bar and 4 is about 1 second lag.Means i keep watching myself die in slow motion when i clearly had empty whole magazines of bullets at them at point-blank range but hit nothing:(

other connectivity issues are during online game matches had to end due to connection problem. while there is a connection problem my char sometimes start moving by itself or keeps shaking lol(harder to hit anything with lag plus a vibrating gun) this includes zombies too.

in other FPS like resistance, online game has on bars of conectivity and no lag plus its a game thats a much older game. Is the problem the amount of graphics data or the synchronization program?
