If Apple thought that things were going smoothly for them in the run up to Christmas, they had better think again. A lawsuit has been filed against Apple by Nassau County resident Avi Koschitzki, who states that Apple are ignoring the fact that hairline cracks are forming on the back of the handset.
Koschitzki, is just one of four customers who also claim that Apple and AT&T misinformed people about the performance of the new touchscreen on the new version of the Apple iPhone. Apple and AT&T had said that the 3G version was twice as fast” as its predecessor.
The complaints do not stop there, the four people involved have also claimed that the 3G version of the Apple iPhone demand too much power from the 3G bandwidths, as a result the AT&T infrastructure is not capable of handling it.
