Apple Search Engine in development: Google, Yahoo, Microsoft unfazed
By: Peter Chubb | November 14, 2008 | Leave a CommentApple are dominant in most areas of a computer; however they have been absent in the search engine market but that could be about to change. Although Apple does not have much experience in this field, there are rumors that Apple will either build a search engine, or develop an interface for one.
Tech Crunch do not have any information to back up this claim, as there are no reports that Apple have been hiring ant search engine engineers. There is also the matter of competition from the big three, Google, Yahoo and Microsoft.
There is no doubt that if Apple were to develop their own search engine all three of these search engine giants would be unfazed. Microsoft will be glad in the knowledge that this is one area where they will be better than Apple, or will they?
