Update on Bungie’s Halo 3: Recon
By: Alan Ng | November 13, 2008 | Leave a CommentWe have some fresh news regarding the upcoming expansion to Halo 3 titled ‘Recon ‘. The latest issue of Game Informer Magazine will come complete with 10 pages dedicated to Halo 3 Recon info, including some brand new screenshots from the game.
We have not heard much news from Bungie regarding this title, but what we do know is that players will be set in the Halo universe in the year 2552, during the events of Halo 2, and leading up to the events in Halo 3.
It is also been reported that you will be in the role of a UNSC Orbital Drop Shock Trooper, as opposed to the game’s previous hero, Master Chief. While the new title will feature all new campaign and multiplayer maps, it is also been said that Halo 3: Recon will be the last instalment in the Halo trilogy.
Stay tuned to hear more news on this subject.
