PureDepths Multi-Layer Display (MLD) IGT slot machines

It has been reported for some time now that multi-layer displays from PureDepth, would be on the market soon. MLD uses multiple layers of LCD panels to help create real depth. A number of products are already in development, but the first slot machines using this technology have now started to ship.

These new slot machines with PureDepths and IGT Multi-Layer Display technology will be on show at the G2E Global Gaming Expo in Las Vegas, November 18 to 20. This is not the first gaming device from PureDepths, last month they showed of their Pachinko machine, which also has MLD technology.

PureDepth are not stopping now, they are already working with a number of other companies, from cell phone devices to GPS systems. Check out the YouTube video below for more information and to see the new slot machine in action.
