
Another Nintendo Wii Controller Lawsuit

Another small company is stating a ‘patent infringement’ against Nintendo due to its Wii-mote. This is not the first time this as occurred, so it looks as if Nintendo are due for another courtroom session.
The small company in question Motiva are based out of Ohio and they filed their lawsuit on the 10th November claiming a breach to the US. Patent (7,292,151) which is named ‘Human Movement Measurement System’
This company is going all out as they want to claim the whole package; damages, royalties and attorney fees for the patent. It will be interesting to find out what the big guns at Nintendo think of this latest setback, once we find out more news, we will let you know.
