2K Games have been doing their homework carefully, as they need to pick the face that will appear on the cover of their next installment, MLB 2k9. The winner has been picked, and it is San Francisco Giant’s Tim Lincecum.

The NL Cy Young award winner will have his face on the cover of Major League Baseball 2K9 video game, now that is something that he can tell his children. His current performance is something that the San Francisco Giant’s should be proud off.

Having your face on a video game must truly be an honor, how cool would it be to walk into a store and see your face staring back at you on the cover of a video game. Tim Lincecum has said that it is a “surreal experience.”
